Super Win Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Super Win. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, email, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances voided pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Super Win will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Super Win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by Super Win at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 via Easypaisa or JazzCash. The minimum via IBFT is Rs 500 due to bank processing minimums. Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, funds will be credited within 30 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within that time, contact support with your transaction reference.

All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. Deposits from third-party sources — including wallets or bank accounts not registered in your name — may be reversed, and the account suspended pending investigation. Super Win is obligated to conduct anti-money laundering checks and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or irregular deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Super Win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets, or bank accounts not registered in the account holder's name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no Super Win withdrawal fees on amounts above Rs 500 for fully verified accounts. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 3 minutes for verified accounts (average). May extend to 15 minutes during peak traffic periods.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 10 minutes for verified accounts.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–4 business hours, subject to recipient bank processing times.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

Super Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and not discretionary. Accounts that cannot complete verification may have withdrawals withheld until documentation is satisfactorily provided.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if Super Win identifies unusual betting patterns, potential bonus abuse, or other circumstances requiring investigation. In such cases, Super Win will notify the account holder within 24 hours with an explanation and next steps.

Super Win offers various bonuses, promotions, and free tournament tickets to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms accompanying each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Unwagered bonus funds expire after this period.
• Super Win reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are used after real money funds are exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotion is considered bonus abuse.
• Super Win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already qualified for a promotion in good standing will not be disadvantaged by mid-campaign changes.

In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game's individual rules will apply to gameplay outcomes while these terms govern account and payment matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — that affects the outcome of a game, Super Win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Any attempt to interfere with the outcome of a game through technical means, software exploits, or collusion with other players will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Super Win and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false registration information, including age, name, or contact details
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotional offers ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse")
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to place bets after a game outcome is known (late betting)
• Money laundering or any use of Super Win for illegal financial activity
• Accessing Super Win via a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing or selling account access to other individuals

Super Win monitors all account activity continuously. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate review, and affected accounts will be suspended pending the outcome of that review. Super Win cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities.

Super Win is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all players, available immediately from account settings without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.

Super Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated by the account holder
• Identification of a prohibited activity as listed in Section 8
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Super Win will notify the account holder and complete the review within 10 business days in standard cases. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, Super Win may permanently close the account and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the account holder's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

All content on the Super Win platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of Super Win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Super Win name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, advertising, or any other public-facing medium — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Win's liability to any player shall be limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time of any relevant dispute or claim. Super Win shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction where the malfunction is outside Super Win's reasonable control
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions, betting choices, or misuse of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events
• Errors in game outcomes where the error is within normal game variance and not the result of a system malfunction

Super Win makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical issues. We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee it.

In the event of a dispute between you and Super Win, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. Super Win commits to responding to all formal disputes within 10 business days.
